Asclepias verticillata (whorled milkweed). Very cool milkweed, has such unique form vs more common species like Asclepias syriaca (common milkweed) or Asclepias tuberosa (butterfly milkweed). It is hard to tell it's even a milkweed until it flowers

Train ride day trip, made it to a different garden for a change. 23,000 steps to see most of the garden, still couldn't fit it all in 1 day.
